Simulate onramp PIX payment received

Sandbox-only. Simulates the PIX payment arriving for an onramp conversion, marking it `funded` and creating the transaction record. Partners should listen for downstream events or poll `GET /v1/conversions/{id}`. Pass `{"settle": true}` to also drive the conversion to `completed` and credit the user wallet by the bought USDT in one call.
